Kaspersky Internet Security contains a web anti-virus feature that scans HTTP traffic and that appears to interfere with My Secure Backup. To resolve this issue, set the Kaspersky Internet Security Web Anti-Virus feature to use "Streaming scan (limited signature)" method of traffic scanning.
HOW:
Double click the Kaspersky icon in the system tray or right click on it and select " Open Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0"
In the "Protection" box at the top left hand side of the window left click once on the line that reads "Web Anti-Virus".
On the right hand side of the window locate the text in the "Status" segment/box that reads "Traffic Scan". Left click on it.
A new screen/window should open up and on the right hand side there should be a box/segment entitled "Security Level". Within this box/segment there should be a button entitled "Customize". Left click it once. This will open up a new window.
In the new window/screen there is a box/segment entitled "Scan Method". With two main options as below:
Streaming scan (limited signature)
Buffering scan (complete signatures)
Select the first option "Streaming scan (limited signature)" and then click the "OK" button down at the bottom of the window.
You should now be at one of the earlier screens. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window.
You should now be at the main Kaspersky settings window. Close the window.

You are slightly reducing the security level of the traffic scanning feature of Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0.
