If while using the My Secure Backup you should happen to receive an error or warning in the Errors & Warnings status field, you can obtain further information about the error by clicking on the warning and selecting Show Details...

Viewing the specific error details may help you understand the nature of the error or warning you received. However, if you need further assistance with identifying a problem, please use the Copy to clipboard... button which will place the text of the error or warning into your computer's memory. If you contact customer support you will be able to 'paste' the text that was copied into the clipboard into your forum post or email.
