Backup Preview

Prior to initiating any backup job, you have the option to preview which files will be updated.  The initial view shows all files and their status as either New, Updated, Unchanged or Deleted.

• New: Indicates that a current version of the file does not exist and will be uploaded.
   
• Updated: Indicates that the version locally is newer than the version in your backup and will be updated.
   
• Unchanged: Indicates that the local version matches the version in your backup.
   
• Deleted: Indicates that your local version has been deleted and that the version in your backup will be removed.  Please note: If you have selected to keep versions or archives of deleted files, these will still be maintained in your file archives.

Checking the Hide unchanged files option will hide any files listed with an Unchanged status allowing you to easily identify the actions that the backup will take.
