Debug Log

To facilitate the troubleshooting process, the customer support team can often use the data located in the debug log to track down an issue.  The information in the log can be captured by clicking on the View Debug Log option under the HELP section within the Activity Monitor.

This should open a new window that contains the text from the debug log.  To capture the log so that it can be pasted into a support email or forum post, click the Copy to Clipboard button.  This will temporarily store the data from the log into memory and allow you to paste the debug log wherever you need.
